Eddie Larry Sullivan, 79, of Crossroads, TX, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in Carrollton, TX. Eddie was born November 9, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Edward J. Sullivan and Evelyn (Oliver) Sullivan. Eddie served in the United States Navy. Eddie owned and operated the Sullivan Ranch in Crossroads, TX for over twenty years. He was a man of many talents, one being that he was a big fan of John Wayne. Eddie was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Those who knew Eddie will remember him fondly and cherish their memories. He will be missed. As in the words of the “Duke”, “I have tried to live my life so that my family would love me, and my friends respect me.” And so, he did…… Eddie is survived by his son, Lawrence Sullivan, of Broken Arrow, OK; grandson, Garrett Sullivan, and wife Tamara of Edmond, OK; great-grandson, Maverick Sullivan, of Edmond, OK; brother, Mark Wayne Sullivan, and wife Deborah L. of Carrollton, TX; and nieces, Natalie Renee Ross, of North Richland Hills, TX, Tayler Leigh Sullivan, of Carrollton, TX, and Kellye Sullivan, of Royse City, TX. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Edward J. Sullivan and Evelyn (Oliver) Sullivan; and brother, Richard Scott Sullivan. A celebration service will be at 7:00PM-8:00PM, Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX.
