James Adolph Huschke, 73, of Pilot Point, TX, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 in Denton, TX. James was born October 14, 1944 in Rowena, TX to Joe Huschke and Lula Block. James married Carolyn Schon on December 20, 1997 in Pilot Point, TX. James is survived by his wife Carolyn of Pilot Point, TX; son, James Glen Huschke and wife Kim of Aubrey, TX; daughter, Janet Hardy Burkhead and husband Tommy of Lubbock, TX; nine grandchildren, Katelyn, Rachel, James and Brittany Huschke, Trevor (Jordan), Becca, Shelby, Macie and Jaycie Brukhead; three brothers, Emmett Huschke and wife Cindy, Ray Huschke and wife Nancy, Leon Huschke and wife Carrie; sister, Linda Evans and husband Roger. James was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Lula; son, Jamie Huschke and brother Ralph Huschke. A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Slay Memorial Chapel of Aubrey in Aubrey with Rev. Luther Slay officiating.
