With hearts full of love and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Betty Ann Jaresh. Betty Ann Jaresh, 90, of Gunner, TX, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, in Prosper, TX. Betty Ann was born September 8, 1934, in Pilot Point, TX to Frank Pelzel and Anna Simmel. Betty Ann married Adolph Jaresh Jr on April 24, 1954, in Pilot Point, TX. Betty's life was a tapestry of family and friendship. She married the love of her life, Adolph Jaresh Jr., on April 24, 1954, in Pilot Point, TX. Together they built a loving home. Betty Ann is survived by her daughter, Ann Tolbert and husband Randy; four sons: Terry Jaresh and wife Rhonda of Gunter, TX, Richard Jaresh and wife Kim of Gunter, TX, Kenneth Jaresh and wife Gail of Durant, OK David Jaresh and wife Layna of Pilot Point, TX; brother, Felix Pelzel of Pilot Point, TX; sister, Pauline Schroder of Pilot Point; and sister in-law, Joanne Pelzel of Pilot Point- all of whom carry forward her legacy of love. She was a proud grandmother to fourteen grandchildren, a great-grandmother to twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and a delighted great-great-grandmother to one precious child. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Betty Ann is preceded in death by her husband Adolph Jaresh Jr, her parents Frank and Anna Pelzel, two brothers, Donald and Norbert Pelzel, and sister Bernice Pelzel. Throughout her life, Betty Ann was known for her kindness. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special and loved, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. As we gather to celebrate her life, we remember Betty Ann not only for her many roles as a mother, grandmother, and friend but also for the love and joy she brought into our lives. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held at 6PM, Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Slay Memorial Funeral Center in Aubrey, TX. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am, Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Pilot Point. Interment will be at St. Thomas Cemetery in Pilot Point, TX.
