Linda Lou Fox, 86, of Pilot Point, TX passed away Monday, August 19, 2024. She was born March 30, 1938, in Kennedale, TX to Harry Thomas “Bill” and Margie Lucile (Growl) White. She married Nolan Hollan Fox on December 31, 1958, in Dallas, TX. Linda Lou graduated from Lott High School in 1956. She was an adored mother and was an anchor in her church community. She served as a church secretary for many years at Liberty Baptist, Galloway Avenue Baptist, and Calvery Baptist Church. Linda was born with a servant's heart. She served where the Lord needed her, within her church community and influenced many people with her love for the Lord. Linda loved her community and was a member of the Pilot Point 19th Century club for 27 years which included eight impressive years as president. Her extensive leadership roles encompassed: Vice President, Homecoming Chairman, Corresponding Secretary, Scholarship Committee Chairman, Program Committee Chairman, Angel Tree Chairman, Federation Counselor (President’s special appointment), Historian, and Yearbook Chairman. She also spent much of her time along with Nolan volunteering for the Shepard's Storehouse in Pilot Point, TX. She was a loved member of her women’s friend group, the “La La Sisters". To the people who loved her the most, she will always be remembered as "Nanu". Linda Lou is survived by her daughter, Stacy Joyce Kuhn and husband, Brett of Pilot Point, TX; grandchildren, Heather Ann Murray and husband Matt, Heath Gregory Fox and wife Samantha, Hayley LeAnn Aldana and husband Roger, Paige Nicole Bartee and husband, James, Tori Roxanne Kuhn, and Kimber Michele Kuhn; great-grandchildren, Mason, Austin, Jude, Penelope, Wilson, and Ashton; sister, Wanda Joyce Hibbetts and husband John of Weatherford, TX; daughter-in-law Alisha Fox of Forney, TX, sister-in-law Barbara Ann White of Ferris, TX. Preceding Linda Lou in death are her parents, Harry and Margie White; husband, Nolan Fox; son, Gregory Dwayne Fox; and brother, Bill Tom White. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made either to The Shepherd's Storehouse, 1189 Us-377, Pilot Point, TX, or to the Pilot Point 19th Century club, P O Box 77, Pilot Point, TX 76258. A visitation is Friday, August 23, 2024, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX. Her service is Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 10:00AM at Slay Memorial Chapel with Pastor Roger Greer officiating. Pallbearers are Brett Kuhn, Heath Fox, Matt Murray, Roger Aladna, James Bartee, Travis White. Honorary Pallbearers are John Hibbetts and Thomas White.
